Network Management – Network Market Analyst – AVP – Based in London recruitment
The Network Analyst is aligned to the EMEA Network Client Consulting team in London and is responsible for client market entry consultation escalation for EMEA markets across the WSS Custody and Clearance Collateral Management and Prime Services business lines. .
Additionally, the EMEA Network Analyst works closely with the EMEA Information and EMEA Network Relationship team to support the maintenance and sourcing of market entry other information products. This person will also support ad hoc projects for NCC and the Information Products team.
Key Responsibilities:Resolve issues raised by clients/internal staff/EMEA subcustodians (local market participants) related to market entry and account structure for all EMEA markets. Proactively monitor client market entry status to successful completion.Respond to internal and external client inquiries via phone, e-mail and in person on market entry, account structure, documentation and general market nuances where relevant.Ensure Market Entry information products (Investor Kits, Market Entry Requirements Matrix and other market entry related information products) are up to date and maintainedCo-ordinate key Market Entry issues and information requests working closely with NCC Global project teamProvide initial consultation to Clients, ASD Teams, RMs, Client Services and on market entry documentation requirements for markets in the EMEA region by leveraging experience and expertise in markets.Provide consultative services to internal and external stakeholders for fund mergers, interfund transfers, name changes transitions.Manage and Participate in Market Entry projects to increase efficiency and improve clients' experience in Market Entry.Co-ordinate and facilitate training to internal external clients on the Network Market Entry process.Co-ordinate and communicate Market Entry Process changes and Network Management updates to RMs, CSA, ASD documentation specialists.
Qualifications
You will have experience working in the securities services / custody industry and can discuss in detail your working knowledge in this industryAble to
demonstrate experience of managing multiple projects at the same time under tight deadlinesExperience of interacting with a variety of stakeholders in your previous role(s), external as well as internal stakeholdersBe able to discuss in detail your working knowledge of Investment OperationsStrong skills in organising and attention to detail and can demonstrate experience for those skillsYou will have at least a Bachelor's degree, professional project certification, or equivalent work experience.Interest in working in an international environment preferably with prior experience in working with emerging marketsAbout Network ManagementJ.P.
