We are seeking an experienced and motivated candidate to join our Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) team in the role of Network Optimisation Manager, Business Management Reporting.
Reporting to the Head of Business Performance RBWM, this is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate seeking to progress their career within Business Performance and Strategy Management.
Providing support to the organisational design and operational management of the RBWM business, the role holder will support the overall design, development and management of the RBWM Strategy. A high profile role responsible for dealing with, and influencing, senior stakeholders across the Australian and Regional RBWM business, this is both a challenging and rewarding position.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Support the design, development and management of the overall RBWM strategy for HBAU;
- Be accountable for the successful delivery of the RBWM ROP, MTO and annual Business Plan;
- Provide appropriate data and reporting to ensure the achievement of ROP and business objectives;
- Project cost and benefit realisation for RBWM initiatives;
- Provide support for required projects and initiatives including expansion of the RBWM branch network;
- Develop and manage strong working relationships with key partners across Product and Distribution Channel;
- Ensure alignment of the RBWM strategy with AUH and ASP
Skills
To be successful you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field;
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience in Retail Banking, with a strong understanding of Product and Channel;
- Strong commercial acumen with exposure to the core PL metrics and levers, and the ability to connect Product, Channel and Market dynamics into a single business strategy;
- Proven ability to identify opportunity to improve best practice and capability;
- Strong Relationship and Stakeholder Management skills with exceptional communication skills;
- Project Management experience highly desirable.
