Job Description:Candidate should be capable of detecting, monitoring, correlating, and preventing Cyber Threatactivity targeting the Global Information Grid (GIG). Ability to analyze, track, correlate, harvest, trend, and reportunique TTPs. Familiarity with IDS, IPS, HBSS, SEIM, DNS security practices, and/or network flow analysis. UnderstandIT standards. Expertise in identifying Network Threats and vulnerabilities within global networks. Candidate will beexpected to recommend improvements to support a philosophy of migrating toward automated machine-to-machinedata analysis to enable network speed operations.Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Information Systems, ComputerScience or related IT discipline with an acceptable substitute being 5+years experience. Candidate must have acertification in one of the DoDD 8570-1M certs at Level III (CISSP, GSLC, CISM, GSE, SCNA, CISA and/or GSLC).Candidate should have experience in one of the following areas: (1) Threat Detection Analysis, (2) Attack Vectors,(3) Network Flow Analysis, (4) Enterprise Network Countermeasures, (5) Certification Accrediation procedures (6)Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Collaboration Information Sharing Environment (DCISE).Required Clearance:TS SCI CI PolyDesired:Preferred certifications include CCNA, Certified Penetration Tester (CPT) and/or Certified Ethical Hacker(CEH).
