Overview:
· Hospitality Management Company is looking for a highly motivated individual capable of administration and systems availability across 8 properties.
Responsibilities:
· Provides 24X7 supports and monitors switches, Link Load Balancers, Fortinet firewalls, wireless infrastructures, data centers and its software applications.
· Analyzes and documents the health of the enterprises heterogeneous infrastructure and provides recommendations of corrective actions to ensure high systems availability and optimal performance.
· Installs, configures hardware and software components as required
· Develops and maintains change management procedures.
· Develops and maintains network and systems security policies.
· Develops automated and manual maintenance and monitoring processes and solutions, document maintenance procedures for implementation by first-level support.

· Maintain communication with VP of Information technology and IT Support members and promotes a team environment.
Requirements:
· BS degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline in addition to 5+ years related experience performing systems/network administration.
· Significant experience with heterogeneous client/server environments.
· Expert knowledge with Core Technologies: LAN/WAN/WLAN, TCP/IP, LDAP, VPN, MPLS, VOIP, VMware, Hyper-V, MS Exchange, MS SQL Server, Windows 2003-2008R2 Server.
· System Hardening – Demonstrated ability to harden systems with Group Policies, Local Policies, Scripting or Registry Entries
· Disaster Recovery Concepts - Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive business continuity strategies
· Security - Demonstrated ability to implement, configure and troubleshoot security related issues from system hardening, patches and other vulnerabilities.
· Experience managing a large scale VOIP telecom solution (preferred but not required).
· Excellent architecture, systems, hardware, and software problem solving troubleshooting capabilities.
· Experience in Enterprise-wide designs, architecture, and integrations.
· Project management experience with the ability to show a history of completing projects on time and within budget constraints.
· Experience in developing and implementing policies, maintenance procedures, and support documentation, with change control processes, service level agreements and incident/problem management software.
· Must be self-motivated, capable of managing time efficiently without close supervision; ability to work under pressure.
· Must have excellent communication skills and able to clearly articulate complex technical plans, policies, and procedures in writing and verbally.
· Ability to prioritize and work proactively, strong communication and teamwork skills.
