Networking Specialist – Bratislava, Slovakia
We are looking for 1. or 2. or 3. Tier level support within networking field. Improve your knowledge and experience in one of the biggest telecommunication and networking copmany worldwide.
Requirements:
* CCNA certification (or higher levels);
* Experience in networking;
* University education - Bachelor level or Major in technical subject or
* Secondary school education with relevant work experience record (at least 1 year for 1. level support);
* Telecommunications/Networking field of study is advantage;
* Knowledge of communication technologies and networking technologies e.g. TCP / IP, Routing protocols, LAN, WAN technologies, Switches, Routers and Bridges, Firewalls;
* In-depth understanding of Layer 2 Switching technologies;
* Preferable hands-on experience with Cisco Juniper router and switch configurations,
* Protocols: TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, VTP;
* Campus technologies: VLANs;
* Security: ACLs;
Desired skills / experience:
- Cisco CSS, ACE, CSM and F5 Loadbalancers, Cisco Wireless Controller AP configuration, WAN optimization (Bluecoat, Cisco WAAS, WAE), Firewalls (Cisco ASA / PIX, Juniper, Checkpoint).
Or
- VMware View support, Building and maintaining OS images and software installation.
Or
at least two years of experience in networking and Cisco VoIP, Unified Communications, and Network environment (Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Cisco IPT platforms. Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Cisco switches and routers. Working knowledge of common network technologies and protocols: LAN, WAN, Dial, VPN, TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, BGP, IPSEC, SNMP);
Or
- previous Loadbalancing support experience, previous experience with F5 solutions, previous HVD support experience, previous telecommunications (LAN/WAN) operations and support experience.
