Due to expansion across the UK, we are looking for a highly motivated Client Relations Managers (CRM) to join an established team. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your new business development and account management skills, targeting typically HR Director / HR Managers within your designated territory.

 

The role requires a high degree of lead generation, utilising your own networks, social media including LinkedIn, cold calling etc and therefore you will require a high level of commitment and tenacity to succeed.

These roles are home based, therefore you must have the ability to work autonomously. You will however, receive tremendous input from your sales manager who will work closely with you to provide support, motivation and training and development opportunities as required.

 

Our business model focuses on quality of service and ensures we achieve exceptionally high volumes of repeat business. You will also have the support of an office based Account Manager who will work with you to ensure you deliver great results and exceed expectations for your clients.

 

Our ideal candidates are highly successful, self-motivated individuals who thrive on autonomy.

 

A background in HR Systems or HR Solution sales is highly desirable; however, serious consideration will be given to candidates who have a proven track record in other solution based sales roles capable of demonstrating a natural ability to develop new business, selling at Director level.
