Our client manages and builds quality affordable homes across the East and West Midlands. They are a major new group made up of three high performing housing associations in the region, managing over 18,000 homes and aiming to build 1,000 new homes each year.
The main purpose of the role of Business Analyst is to capture and analyse complex business processes and translate them into business requirement documents ensuring the strategic fit with the Group.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or the equivalent with previous experience of business analysis, including project life cycles and structured project management concepts, financial management and tendering and procuring ICT solutions. You will be able to define business change initiatives and champion these while being committed to customer excellence and endorsing the Group. A strong communicator you will be experienced at working in partnership with others at a strategic level, have good negotiation skills and able to produce clear, concise and objective written reports and presentations.
It is essential the successful candidate holds a full driving licence and use of a vehicle, is flexible to work across the geographical area of the Group and is able to work outside normal office hours as required.
