Call Centre Team Leader /Customer Services / Technical Team Leader

Sheffield City Centre, commutable from Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Chesterfield

Do you want to be part of one of the most unique and exciting working environments in Sheffield? Our client are a fast moving Internet Service Provider based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire and for 14 years have been famous for their straight talking, no-nonsense approach to broadband.

 

The Contact Centre is not your run of the mill call centre and they are currently looking for a team leader to ensure that they continue to deliver the award winning standard of customer service that our client has become renowned for. On a daily basis you will lead, develop, motivate and coach a team of advisors and ensure that high productivity and service standards are delivered.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience of people management; including managing team members in a call centre environment. You need to be able to demonstrate relationship building skills across the teams, using your motivational and confident nature. The ability to work well within time scales, as well as being able to adapt in challenging situations is also essential.

 

We are looking for people that can ‘think outside of the box’ and have a passion for proactively finding solutions that will continuously improve our services and excite our customers.

This role will require the ability to work shifts that cover the needs of the teams, from 6:30am – Midnight.
