Our client is a pioneering housing, regeneration and social investment agency working throughout Wiltshire and Oxfordshire.
Customer focus and excellent service is in the heart of what they do and they are currently looking for 3 neighbourhood officers to join their Neighbourhood Team in Oxford.
Within this role you will provide an excellent service to the local community within your remit and promote and develop strong community empowerment of the residents in the neighbourhood.
This role would suit an experienced neighbourhood officer who is looking for their next career move within the housing sector. Reporting to the Customer Manager you will carry out a number of important neighbourhood duties while upholding and representing our clients organisation at all times.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a customer facing service role previously and possess good administration skills and a knowledge of social housing, supported housing or a related field would be highly desirable.
Due to the nature of this role you are required to hold a full UK driving licence.
