Our client is a leading global manufacturing company.
They now have an opportunity for a Technical Development Manager to effectively review and enhance the direction of all their manufacturing processes. Using Business System Analysis and Modelling, you will develop plans and manufacturing changes all in compliance with the Business Unit objectives and the company’s Strategic Plan goals. You will take accountability for all future requirements of the Business System Analysis and Modelling strategies and ensure all areas in quality and process efficiency are benchmarked. Reviewing all manufacturing processes, from the supply of raw materials up until the manufacturing of Slab, you will be required to advise and formulate new plans to guarantee Business Goals are achieved.
Our client are looking for somebody educated to degree level in a relevant subject, coupled with extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes gained within the process industry. You need to have fantastic communication skills and an organised and assertive character. The ability to sell change to customers in other plants and across the board is also essential.
