As a Client Call Handling agent you will be the first person that their customers encounter – first impressions really matter. Successful candidates will therefore have, excellent relationship building capabilities, gravitas to discuss their products knowledgeably and the passion, motivation and drive to really engage with people. Positive customer interaction is key every step of the way.

 

A typical day will be:-

 

· Inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with specific enquires relating to our client’s products

· Building customer interest to increase their knowledge of wider ranging products

· Achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction through the concept of one call resolution

 

The essential skills you will need are:-

 

· Previous inbound business development experience

· Market leading verbal, written, and telephone communication skills

· Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change

· Demonstrated problem solving, decision-making, and time management skills
