As a Client Account Servicing Agent you will be responsible for managing all aspects of administration and correspondence relating to customer accounts. Successful candidates will therefore have, excellent organisational and time management skills and be competent in handling complex customer on-boarding processes. The ability to interpret data to aid decision making is also key.

A typical day will be:-

 

· Managing all administration relating to customers accounts, by email or on the telephone

· Providing feedback to the business around market developments to continuously improve our client’s service offering

· Achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times through quality management and always looking for process improvement

 

The essential skills you will need are:-

 

· Previous customer service in a customer driven environment

· Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change

· Demonstrated problem solving, decision-making, and time management skills

· High level of motivation and attention to detail
