Our client is a British bank.
Due to continued growth and market recognition it’s now time to increase their team and appoint a Technical Security Administrator to manage the technical security of the IT systems and provide guidance to the IT team and wider community.
The Technical Security Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the security policies to reflect current trends in IT, instituting and maintaining an IT security framework and assuring all parties adhere to the policy. You will also be responsible for evaluating new products and services, managing the technical security infrastructure and assisting the IT project and operational teams.
As a motivated self starter you will have proven knowledge of IT security and act as a subject matter expert. Prior banking experience for this role is essential; you will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of regulatory and best-practice frameworks as well as their application in a live environment.
