Our client is a global leader in the design, development and manufacture of acrylic based products.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a positive and proactive team player to join them in the role of Customer Service Representative. The purpose of the role is to provide excellent customer service by working effectively with external customers and internal groups.
Within this varied role, you will manage the customer service activities for a portfolio of designated clients. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable customer service experience in sales and distribution as well as the ability to think through a problem logically and use initiative to identify and deliver improvements. The successful candidate will have good IT skills and preferably knowledge of SAP SD.
They looking for an outstanding professional who has a strong service orientated style and can provide the highest levels of customer service at all times. The role will require you to liaise with a variety of cultures in various time zones necessitating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a result, fluency (written and spoken) in English and Spanish is essential plus a minimum of one other European language to be Italian, Portuguese, German and French.
