Our client is a provider of health and social care.
They are currently looking for a Rehabilitation Support Worker to join their clinical team based in Bournemouth. Using your knowledge and skills within the Rehabilitation Support Worker role you will establish and maintain an excellent working relationship with the service users and assist them with their desired achievements. Supporting the development of individuals, the Rehabilitation Support Worker will maximise the performance of activities of daily living and maintain personal care needs in a caring and efficient manner. Suggesting opportunities and experiences to improve the standard of living, as the Rehabilitation Support Worker you will provide a safe environment for service users both within the home and the community.
The successful Rehabilitation Support Worker will have worked within a similar role previously and will have experience of working with individuals on a one to one basis. Ideally you will be educated to NVQ/QCF 2 /3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. The Rehabilitation Support Worker must be a thorough communicator in order to liaise in a professional manner with family members, friends and other professional bodies. Committed to making a difference, you will work to a high standard and use your own initiative as well as working within a larger team.
