Our client is currently seeking an experienced HR Assistant to be based in the London office. Working closely with the UK human resources team the HR Assistant will be responsible for all administration and support to generalist HR activities in the London branch with generalist support to Leeds when required.

 

The HR Assistant will assist with the operational business in all areas of generalist HR, establish ongoing processes and procedures and continuously support and educate managers and employees on HR related issues. The HR Assistant will cover recruitment, administration, on-boarding, training, employee relations, payroll, maintaining HRIS, and company benefits.

 

Ideally as the HR Assistant you will be working or have previously worked within a similar business environment; preferably within the engineering and power generation industry. CIPD qualified or working towards is strongly preferred and a HR related degree would be advantageous but is not essential. A general knowledge of UK employment law and HRIS, preferably ADP HR.Net and ADP Easy Labor Manager, is required. Our client is looking for an HR Assistant with extensive computer knowledge and mastery of common software packages for office work.
