This role provides a fantastic opportunity to combine your New Business Development and Account Management skills and requires a highly consultative sales approach with the ability to deliver complex solutions to HR Director’s and / or Managers and their teams in a highly professional manner and continue to develop our unprecedented client relationships.

Targeting companies across your designated geographical area, you must be a self-starter with the ability to seek out new business opportunities using the latest business development methods and have the experience and desire to make your own client appointments.

The most successful members of our team possess solid, solution-led sales backgrounds, gained across a wide range of industry sectors, although knowledge gained within the recruitment sector, is advantageous.

Most important is your track record of achieving and exceeding targets, strong competitive nature and an unsurpassed desire to exceed client’s expectations in a B2B sales environment.

A team player, you will develop a professional relationship with an office based Account Manager who will assist you in delivering successful results for the client and a Sales Manager who will provide ongoing support, motivation and training to help you achieve targets and develop your career.

As this is a home based role, you must have the self-motivation and discipline required to work on your own initiative, however, team interaction is highly important to us, so you will always have the support of your team and managers to ensure your success.
