Our client is developing a number of joint initiatives in order to improve services and reduce costs. They are now creating a new post to lead their I.T. services, to help them to deliver excellent services to their staff and customers.
Joint Head of IT up to £50,771 and other benefits including membership of the local government pension scheme and car allowance.
They are looking for an ambitious leader who can develop and motivate teams to deliver excellent I.T. services. You will have overall responsibility for I.T. management including developing and implementing I.T. strategies, managing staff, infrastructure, applications, networks and telecommunications for both partners. A key objective of the role will be to identify and deliver value for money savings through joint working and joint procurement initiatives.
You will need to be innovative and be able to maintain and build key relationships with customers, Board Members, suppliers and partners.
