Neurosurgeon

Attending Neurosurgeon sought by New England Baptist Hospital, a medical/surgical hospital to work in Division of Neurosurgery in elective practice limited to spinal surgery. Responsible for in-patient management and providing operative first-assistance to senior surgeons. Position located in Boston, MA. Requires M.D. degree or equivalent and completion of one-year general surgery internship in any field, five years of full-time residency at an accredited U.S. institution or in an ECFMG equivalent residency in neurosurgery, and completion of one-year post-graduate fellowship training in spinal neurosurgery or related field. Must be able and willing to perform on-call duty with level III trauma coverage at least two times per month during the workweek or on weekends.
