New Business Consultant – IT Recruitment
New Business Consultants required to join AAP3’s Recruitment Division at head office in Southampton. AAP3 are a Global IT and Business Solutions provider for all business entities, operating across four verticals; Consultancy, ICT Services, Software Solutions and Recruitment. The role will build up a new desk, generating new business by engaging with clients and placing IT professionals of various capacities into both permanent and contract employment.
The role will involve sourcing and securing new clients, managing the day to day business relationship with them and maximising revenue. You will arrange and attending regular meetings to develop strong, valuable and sustainable relationships with clients and to secure and qualify vacancies before identifying and screening candidates to provide short lists for specific client requirements. The position will support the interview process and provide feedback and guidance to all individuals concerned and manage client and candidate expectations through to conclusion.
Candidates should be highly enthusiastic, tenacious and driven to succeed. Excellent communication skills are required to build business relationships with clients and candidates, along with strong business acumen to identify and secure new business opportunities. Candidates do not need any prior experience in recruitment, though a background in (business to business) sales would be advantageous.
