New Business Developer – Private Equity, Worldwide Securities Services recruitment

As a Private Equity Relationship Sales Officer, you will identify opportunities to sell Investor Services and other JPMorgan Chase products to new and existing clients within the
Private Equity
segment. Design and implement specific sales strategies for target prospects resulting in profitable new business which meets or exceeds annual revenue targets. Manage the overall sales process for individual sales prospects including call program, RFPs, all aspects of presentations and required follow-up. Work with product specialists to design client specific solutions. Negotiate profitable fee agreements and contracts that meet JPMorgan Chase Investor Services requirements. Keep knowledgeable and current on relevant JPMorgan Chase product offerings. Keep informed about business trends and competitors strategies, especially relating to the
Private Equity
industry.
Generating new business revenue across targeted Private Equity segment client base within the US, specifically NY area.Developing and managing the pipeline of sales opportunities, and meeting annual sales revenue targetsCo-coordinating cross- sell opportunities with other parts of TSS and the Investment BankUtilizing
product/service partners to broaden our contacts in current/perspective clients to identify new buying centers and accelerate the decision making processActing as advisor to other Sales and Relationship Managers who are marketing to this sector elsewhere in US including training and support as requiredCoordinating and delivering presentations to prospective clientsLiaising with Client Service, Product Operations Groups to assist in driving product development and addressing product gaps.The identification, qualification and contracting of new client relationshipsLeading the entire sales process from initial client contact to contract finalization, including the transition to the implementation team for conversion to the PEFS platformSuccess will require the ability to sell complex accounting and technology outsourcing solutionsRequires travel as needed (30-50%)
Qualifications

'
Minimum of 8 years financial/technology outsourcing sales experience'
Experience and basic knowledge of the financial services industry, including alternative investments and banking'
Sales orientated self-starter with strong interpersonal and negotiating skills'
Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills'
Comfortable with selling complex technical solutions'
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and strong customer service skills'
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required'
Ability to work effectively with minor supervision'
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines'
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
