New Business Development Officer recruitment

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in generating new assets through consultant relationships and direct calling efforts.  Candidate must possess 10+ years experience as a business development officer and have verifiable relationships with a number of national and regional institutional consulting firms, ideally in the Midwestern US region.  Preferably, the selected candidate should be willing to relocate to the firm’s home office as this person will operate as a member of a four person team with geographically focused responsibilities. 

Position reports to the head of institutional sales.  MBA and CFA preferred, but not required.  Compensation: Salary and bonus; levels commensurate with experience and success in producing sales. 

The subject firm is an $11 Billion, southwestern US based, long-only asset management firm that has generated strong, risk-adjusted returns for over 25 years.
