65-75k basic, 100k +OTE and Excellent benefits such as Healthcare and pension. Ideally you will have 5 years' experience in the employee benefits arena, dealing specifically with Healthcare, pensions and risk. The ideal candidate will have previously excelled in a senior new business role, ideally generating own leads and appointments, bringing on a high level of new clients and exceeding targets. Location- Central London-

The Client Director Role is one of great importance to ensure that we engage with our clients appropriately, at all levels on both a day to day and a strategic level. The New Business Director is responsible for the income growth of a portfolio of existing accounts and for ultimately the generation of new income through new business acquisition. The Director is not responsible for the day to day preparation of the advice and administrative services; however, he/she will take ownership for the delivery and quality of that work to the client in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
- To develop and maintain a development plan for all clients
- To build effective professional relationships with decision Makers and key influencers to ensure there is a strong and positive awareness of the company
- To work effectively with marketing and support services to generate opportunities and campaigns.
- To support the business through meaningful and appropriate PR contribution
- To attend and contribute to the seminar programme and industry events when required

Skills and Attributes
- In depth industry knowledge of benefits and the benefits market gained from previous roles in the industry
- Good Healthcare knowledge. A wider knowledge of other benefits such as risk and pensions would also prove to be advantageous
- Proven track record in securing/building new client relationships on a large scale
- Strong analytical, attention to detail, planning and organisation skills are all essential for this role.
- Commercial acumen with the experience and confidence to work at a strategic level
- Confidence in their own ability, knowledge and in dealing with others both face to face and remotely
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing,providing concise and clear answers that are appropriate to the receiver
- Effective negotiating, questioning, listening and interpretation skills to be able to assess the correct communication approach and respond accordingly.
