New Business Executive Based in Ferndown

Job Purpose
The principal role of the position is to represent the company whilst communicating with customers primarily via the telephone, e-mail, fax, and on occasions face to face. It therefore carries a significant responsibility in terms of growing the business through increased sales and margin. An awareness of this responsibility is therefore paramount at all times.
Duties Responsibilities
- To work within all geographical areas to achieve all targets
- To promote new products and actively support all product promotions to customers whilst in communication with them.
- To work in conjunction with the Marketing department to maximise development opportunities.
- Work within a team to ensure Area targets are achieved and contribute to overall company sales targets.
- To process sales paperwork and general administration such as order schedules, amendments and returns

- Excellent customer service skills required at all times
- Knowledge of IT Systems
