New Business Telesales Executive Opportunity

We are now looking to grow our Jobs channel and are seeking a creative and professional Telesales Executive to join our vibrant team based in Richmond.
The Role
As the Outbound Telesales Executive your primary objective will be to drive sales for the Company Jobs channel using various methods including cold calling, prospecting, market research and advertising. You will be seen as a product expert and is a reference point for customers wishing to use Company as a recruitment partner.
Duties will include:
· Qualify and follow up on sales leads.
· Targeted on set number of new vacancies on the site from new customers.
· Achieve and over exceed daily KPI’s and performance metrics (calls, proposals etc)
· Built up a portfolio of new customers using cold calling and prospecting.
· Call warm customers and convert them to paying clients.
· Close sales and direct clients through the sign up and implementation steps.
· Liaise closely with the Customer Service Development teams to ensure continued world class user experience.
· Document sales trends and customer/prospect feedback and report back to management.
· Research opportunities and competition.
· Support additional projects to improve overall sales team results.
Requirements
· Fluency in English and strong communication skills required.
· Strong Outbound Sales experience is a must especially in prospecting new customers.
· Enjoy working to daily, weekly and monthly targets whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
· Meet or exceed all published standards measured weekly and monthly.
· Creative approach to problem-solving.
· Demonstrate a desire to make decisions, take ownership and make judgment calls.
· Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
· Self motivated, good team player and very good negotiations skills.
· Technically adept, with experience using MS Office suite and CRM applications.
