A leading Wealth Manager is currently recruiting for Implementation Manager to manage new business implementations.

You will be the focal point of contact for external and internal contacts prior to and throughout the transition and define the timetable for transition and associated tasks.

Custodian or Custody related asset experience in essential for this role 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage new business implementations for global custody clients by working variously with client, consultant, prior custodian and investment manager to establish guidelines for transition.
- Serve as primary client contact on transition issues, communicating with client and others (i.e. consultants and investment managers) directly to provide information on requirements for transition.
- Work with client and client servicing team to determine unique processing needs, and to translate those needs into procedures and documentation for various internal areas.
- Assist the client to identify all reporting requirements and set up client expectations upon developing an understanding of the business objectives and goals.
- Participate in pre-implementation meetings, co-ordinating the needs of sales, operations and relationship staff to identify new or existing client needs.
- Co-ordinate the client servicing and transition teams and establishes meetings to discuss ongoing servicing requirements.
- Collect pertinent client information (i.e. asset lists, key contacts etc.) to ensure accurate account set-up, distributing information to the appropriate internal areas.
- Create transition project plan document and keeps this up to date throughout the process.
- Participate in the sales process as subject matter “expert”, identifying prospect and client needs and producing/presenting transition delivery plans.
- Lead (and or participate in) internal committee meetings – most likely the Transition Risk Review or the Service Risk Review

Key Experience:

- Experience in onboarding / transitioning custody related assets
- Custody or Custodian background is essential
- Alternatives, mutual or similar experience
