- US owned and HQ
- Offices in UK, US, France Germany
- 60 UK Employees
- 12 UK Sales people (3 will earn £200k+ this year, another 6 will earn £150k+ this year)
- Europe has 220 employees
- Turnover $100m this year.
- Grew 42% last year
- One of the largest EMC Partner in EMEA behind Unisys and Fujitsu who are OEM partners.
- Accredited to the Highest EMC level
- No Debt, No Borrowing, Cash Rich, 1400 Clarions under support contracts - very stable business.
- 80% of the sales force will hit or over-achieve, two of them are on target to earn £300k.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - New Business Sales Exec

- Proven New Business Hunter! (Happy to cold call and can talk through your best deal to date)
- Sold Infrastructure Solutions (The more related the technology the better; Storage, Virtualisation, Networking, anything in the DC)
- Ideal is to get EMC reseller backgrounds and cloud experience
- Not pure vendor backgrounds as they're too well supported
- Strong interpersonal skills a great sales personality; Ambitious with a strong work ethic, Self Sufficient, Sense of Humour, Desire to Win!

ROLE INFORMATION- New Business Sales Exec

- In this role you will be a new business hunter who is focussed on selling EMC storage solutions, Cisco Network solutions and VMware virtualisation solutions.
- From day 1 you will be 100% end to end new business, however, your retain the accounts as you go and as such over time the bias of the role will change. 3 guys in the team are now pretty much account managers.
- Typical deals are split 60% Hardware/Software 40% Project, Implementation Support services.
- You will be selling to private and public sector clients. Their core in the private sector is tier 2 financial services companies.
- Their largest clients include AIG, Watson Wyatt and Avis.
- Targeting IT managers and IT Directors
- Sales cycles can be very quick but can also take up to 9 months.
- Average deals come in at £250k revenue with typically 25% margin.
- Targets is £125k per quarter, there will be a ramp up period.
