New Business Sales Executive – Innovative Capital Markets Technology recruitment

Singletrack Systems is a young but fast growing provider of innovative technology tools which help banks, brokers and research providers defend and grow their revenues.

We are partnered with Salesforce.com, the world's #1 CRM and cloud computing company, and are looking to hire new business sales executives to help drive our growth.

The ideal candidate would have a demonstrable track record selling front-office technology solutions to key sell-side decision-makers in roles such as head of sales, head of research, COO and CTO.

However candidates who have proven experience selling more broadly across the sell- and buy-side, particularly for young, entrepreneurial companies are also of significant interest.

You will be responsible for driving opportunities through the full sales cycle from cold calling to close and must be comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders in a complex business environment, while all the time being supported by an experienced pre/post sales and technical team.

You will be selling a genuinely innovative product, built in partnership with the market leading platform provider, with ambitious but attainable targets and an excellent basic + uncapped commission package.

In addition to the above, the potential for stock options is available which reflects the entrepreneurial nature of the role and ensures you participate personally in the growth of the business you help to drive.

Key Responsibilties:

- Opening, progressing and closing new business sales opportunities from cold-call to contract

- Planning and prioritising sales activities with a high degree of autonomy to meet personal monthly sales targets

Key Qualifications: 

- At least 2 years experience in selling products or solutions to the financial services industry (particularly Investment Banks, Fund Managers and Hedge Funds), ideally gained in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

 - Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Must be comfortable operating at the CxO/board level of financial services institutions

- Compelling oral and written communication skills
