New Customer Engagement Manager
A card payments company with a reputation for excellence in business is looking to recruit a talented marketer to focus on New Customer Engagement.
As the manager for New Customer Engagement you will have responsibility for developing newly acquired customers and maximising early card use. You will manage the initial journey for customers, optimising purchase patterns and build brand engagement. To do this you will use insight to analyse spending patterns and behaviours and deploy a full spectrum of marketing communications.
A graduate or with equivalent qualification you will have considerable experience of planning delivering and evaluating marketing campaigns. You will ideally have experience of the credit card market as well as of mapping customer behaviours. You must be analytical and commercial as well as capable of dealing with a range of stakeholders.
