We are looking for a qualified Assistant to become part of our high-producing Sales Staff. This position requires a lively, detail oriented, go-getter who is ready and willing to give everything you’ve got.
This position will require the following essential functions:
- Warmly Greeting Customers and having the ability to build rapport.
- Keeping accurate, detailed information about each prospect. Also, following up with each prospect on a regular basis.
- Assist Buyers during their New Home Selection Process, Schedule Appointments for Sales Managers Accurately Communicating information questions to the appropriate department.
- Keep a positive, open relationship with Buyers during the build process of their new home.
- Engage in learning the Sales Building process of New Construction.
- Monitor the over-all appearance of the community including the Model Home, Community Amenities, Homesite Markers, Signage, etc. and report any necessary changes to the appropriate persons.
- Be competent with the Sales Office Computer System, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM tools.
- Monitor and meet Customer Satisfaction Goals.
- Maintain knowledge of local markets, competition, Real Estate laws/rules.
This position will also have some responsibilities inside the office including supply orders, picking up and or dropping off small supplies, copying and filing, answering phones, and other miscellaneous administrative duties.
