New Home Sales Assistant - Maple Lawn Tracking Code 216452-984 Job Description Responsible for assisting the Buyer through the Bozzuto Home buying experience. Work and follow up with all potential buyers: including providing information about the community, and neighborhood. Adhere to all Bozzuto Homes customer service policies consistently. Assist in maintaining exceptional curb appeal on the exterior of the sales center as well as maintaining the model/site presentation. Assist in maintaining an exceptional customer friendly environment on the interior of the sales center. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports using the Builder's Sales and Construction software. Work cooperatively with Construction Supervisor to ensure that the appropriate paperwork and home inspections go smoothly to deliver an A+ home. Assist in the implementation the Marketing Plan. Attend on-going fair housing, sales, financing and customer service training. Required Skills Organizational: Must also be able to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines. Communication: Must have exceptional communication skills and ability to work closely with customers via phone and person to person. 1 year + in successful sales or customer service experience. Luxury or high-end product sales/service preferred. Computer skills required-Word, Excel, Internet. Strong writing/grammar skills. Positive, outgoing attitude towards customers required.
