Design Tech Homes, is a build-on-your-lot, "people oriented", Custom Home Builder with an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Custom Home Sales Representative who seeks well into the six figure income earning potential. We currently have openings in our Houston, TX and our San Antonio, TX locations.
Seeking Individuals With:
- 2 years sales experience, direct home sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Advanced selling skills experience in managing a multifaceted process.
- Excellent networking, follow-up, phone, and client and prospect management skills.
- An income, goal oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills, problem solving skills and sales closing skills.
