Job Purpose
The New Home Sales Representative is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our sales centre, and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; assisting with the overall sales process, and preparing and executing purchase and sales agreements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer telephones and inquiries
- Welcomes and greets all visitors to the sales centre
- Maintain contact cards, and customer registration information
- Prepares and executes all sales and contract documents including the Agreement of Purchase and Sale (APS), ammendments, change orders, and waivers.
- Act as a main point of contact for customers.
- Order and maintains Marketing and Sales materials
- Conduct inspections on sales centre and models and report any discrepancies
- Obtain local competition data for comparison purposes
- Assist customers finalizing interior and exterior colour selections
Education Requirements
- High school diploma
Other Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Experience with new home sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and professional with exceptional people skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications
