The Regional New Product Launch Leader is responsible to create and sustain multi-functional Initiative Management capabilities, including:
(i) Portfolio Optimization Master planning processes, that delivers the required innovation pipeline requirements of regional business strategic plan
(ii) Initiative Project Management Leadership skills
(iii) Analyzes and delivers continual improvement of Initiative execution and
(iv) Drives innovation from idea thru execution, mainly for Class 12 innovation projects,
(v) Ensures issues are flagged and that measures are in place to address, for all classes.
In addition to creating sustaining capability, the individual must proactively identify and solve potential pipeline delays to maximize and continually improve speed to market.

• College/University Degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent Management Experience
• 10-12 years experience in the consumer products industry (Some Health Care or OTC experience preferred). At least 5-7 years experience as a multi-functional project leader responsible for leading technical and commercial execution aspects of new product launches.
• Must be a confident leader with a can do attitude who is willing to expose tough issues and work collaboratively across functions to put in place systemic solutions that address root cause and deliver on expected timelines.
• Hands on leader who can personally develop and teach methodology required.
• Comfortable operating in complex, multi-dimensional matrixed organization design
