**Rapidly growing high tech company with over 20 million daily users has partnered with Robert Half Finance Accounting to assist in their search for a Staff Accountant*** Responsibilities: This role is a key member to a growing accounting team, and job duties will entail: AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations, soft collections Creating, updating and reconciling all sub-ledgers Heavily involved in monthly close and annual audits Manage monthly employee expense processing and reporting Assist with maintaining financial spreadsheets and reports General filing and other administrative tasks Numerous opportunities in other accounting projects, depending on interest Required Skills: The ideal candidate will be positive, achievement oriented, a self-starter, thrive in a fast growing organization and able to turn their hand to many diverse tasks. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 2+ years minimum full charge accounting experience Excellent knowledge of financial modules (AP, AR and GL) required Can prioritize and multi-task Excellent follow-through and meticulous eye for detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills. Experience with QuickBooks strongly preferred.
