Newly Qualified Accountant
The Junior Financial Controller will operate within the Middle Office team in London. The role will involve:
Organizing with all the stakeholder (from Front Office to Back Office) the information, cash and accounting flows
o Managed Funds
• Invoice payments
• Producing distribution or capital call notices on the middle office tool
• Follow up of cash flows
• Producing capital accounts
o Advised Funds
• Recommendation of payments
• Review of notices produced by administrators
• Review capital accounts produced by administrators
• Preparation of valuation committee
• Analysing and controlling files and cash flows for investments, divestments, coupons
• Controlling financial statements produced by external accounting services
• Participating to reports made to investors (quarterly reports, management reports, punctual requests from investors) including calculating and reporting funds performance
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (diversification ratios, regulatory and legal limits)
• Preparation of commercial reports
