I am recruiting for a leading education provider, looking to employ newly or recently qualified accountants into coaching, tutoring and lecturing roles.
The Opportunity
Taking ownership of an ACA graduate intake within a leading chartered practice, working with employer and employee to help facilitate growth and development throughout qualification until qualified level.
The Duties
Induct new starters
Monitor performance of trainees throughout studies
Provide proactive support to trainees
Attend regular meeting with client to address areas of concern and improvement
Work with Programme Manager to ensure all arrangements are in place for successful programme roll out
Review and analyse data gathered from trainee behaviour.
The Requirement
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
Enjoy working with people – personable open nature
Motivated by helping others to achieve and develop
Exciting by long term career in the education sector
