NHS DIRECTORS X7 (TURNAROUND PROJECT)
I have been engaged to recruit a project team for a high profile national NHS project that will be hosted from the East Midlands. The project team will comprise of a number of Director level candidates that have operated at this level within the NHS. Directors will be required for the following streams: Finance, Performance, Information, Strategy, Planning and Business Cases.
This is short term high profile intense project that will need to be delivered between the 2nd January and April, in what will be a very pressurised environment. Key areas that will require input are: 1 2 year financial plan, 3-5 year business pan, performance reporting, performance management, finance, QIPP, Forecasts, board pack, invoice validation, business analysis and benchmarking.
Due to the intense short term nature of the role, NHS experience is a prerequisite. The daily rate is up to £725 per day, but there could be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
