Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent
Knowledge:
6+ years of relevant experience
Active Directory Architecture, Design, and Support
Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD-LDS or ADAM) Architecture, Design, and Support
Windows Server 2003/2008/2008 R2 and
Windows XP/7
Unix/Linux
Kerberos, NTLM, and LDAP authentication protocols
Group Policy Architecture, Design, and Support
MIIS/ILM 2007/FIM 2010 or comparable Identity Management Solution
Directory and Host OS Security Best Practices and Configuration
DNS Architecture, Design, and Support
Experience utilizing third party tools such as the
Quest Suite (Recovery Manager, Intrust, Reporter) for Recovery, Security, and Reporting
3+ years experience in infrastructure architecture and design of complex distributed systems environments, including failover techniques, recovery/rollback, and application partitioning
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
B.S./B.A./M.S. degree or equivalent technical training.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technologies, or related field preferred
- Nine or more years of information technology or technical architecture/design experience
- Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software
- Experience working with company developed technology (the Company's Catalyst and/or equivalent or vendor-mandated methodology)
- Experience working with industry specific technologies
