Niche ETRM Consulting Firm Seek 1 x Senior Endur Tester -London Job in City Of London, London Uk
My client is a leading Energy Trading Risk Management (ETRM) software consulting firm seeking to grow their experienced team by one skilled and knowledgeable Senior Consultant. The successful candidate will join the team responsible for non-functional testing of ETRM products including Load, Integration and Performance testing.
The successful consultant will have:
- Minimum 4 years experience in the Energy Trading and supply business
- Experience on working with Load Runner, QTP and GH tester in Citrix environment
- Completed minimum one Testing lifecycle for an implementation of common ETRM products, including
Openlink Endur
- Expertise in understanding, analysing, evaluating and recording Non-functional test parameters
- Excellent experience in preparing test plans and documentation, prioritising the testing based on assessing the risks, setting up test data and organising test teams.
Principal responsibilities will include:
- Analysing current system load, predicting future load and then defining appropriate performance baselines and targets
- Defining and executing performance testing, troubleshooting, resolving performance-related issues and communicating these to technical and business stakeholders.
- Performing installations, upgrades and system configuration testing, including confirming the accuracy of installation documentation and release notes
