Night Auditor – Rosette awarded 4 star Hotel and Country Club, Southampton
Salary negotiable depending on experience
Our client is an outstanding modern Hotel and Country Club with championship golf course and spa is secludedly set in 225 wooded acres of rolling countryside just off the motorway on the outskirt of Southampton. They are looking for a person with some previous experience in hotel Night Audit/Reception to join their existing night team and ensure the satisfaction and security of their guests during the night time.
It is essential you can work from 11pm to 7am shifts to include weekends. Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment and of completing the necessary statistical reports and Night Audit function are preferred however, training will be provided if necessary. You must have exceptional customer service skills and presentation standards to ensure the delivery of an efficient and courteous level of service to all Hotel and Restaurant guests, conference delegates and other visitors. Strong organizational skills and a good standard of computer literacy are essential as is a good command of English. Your own transport would be beneficial due to location.
