Night Risk Manager (Trading Desk)
Position Purpose: Provide support for company risk and margins as well as risk evaluation and margin collection. This is a night shift position and the hours are 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Analyzes risk of all customers.
- Makes margin calls on all customers in all business segments (futures, OTC, Forex).
- Provides assistance to brokers and customers with risk and margin issues.
- Provides real-time customer analysis.
- Approves cash movement.
- Maintains risk settings for all trade entry platforms.
- Generates risk and margin reports for internal and external use.
- Provides customer service for customers and brokers.
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance.
- This list of responsibilities may not be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- At least 3 years of commodities futures experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in Options analytics
- Knowledge of Third party Risk Analysis software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills
- Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details.
- Prefer intermediate to expert Excel skills as well as experience with other Microsoft Office products
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
