Night Shift Supervisor A leading southwestern Pennsylvania manufacturer has an immediate opening for a Night Shift Supervisor. The supervisor will be responsible for managing all production activities on the 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shift. Typical responsibilities include: Supervision union factory workers; interpretation/application of policies and rules, administering corrective action; investigating/ resolving quality/production problems; recommending improvements in production methods and equipment performance; suggesting changes to increase efficiency; maintaining supply levels, attendance/time records; and other supervisory duties as necessary. Candidate must have a BS Degree or the equivalent in direct supervisory experience and a minimum of four additional years of manufacturing supervisory experience in a union environment. PC literacy including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a must. Position includes a competitive salary and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and more.
