Our Night Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing out bound shipping activities on the night shift to ensure that we are always properly filling orders for customer’s accounts and that all items ordered are received. This can be an extremely physical position and will require you to stand for the majority of your shift and lift up to 50 lbs consistently. 

 

Primary responsibilities:

 

·         Schedule order selection and replenishment accordingly.

·         Hire and train selection and replenishment personnel.

·         Manage and develop night shift personnel.

·         Maintain set work standards for picking orders.

·         Payroll oversight.

·         Coordinate all safety activities for the night shift.

·         Manage loading and unloading of product to ensure completion in an efficient and safe manner.

·         Monitor and manage quality for error and damage reduction.

·         Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned

   

Basic Requirements

·         Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent

·         Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations management and production

·         Previous forklift certification and experience is required

·         Ability to work independently, be self managed and motivated to meet deadlines

·         Ability to pass the pre-employment screening: background check, drug test, and physical
