This company have an excellent reputation and are growing from strength to strength, not only is this interesting company to work for but a company who really do value each and everyone of their employees. There is currently a customer service centre which consists of 20 dedicated advisors and it is due to expansion that this customer service centre will now be operating 24 hours a day.

We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to manage the evening shift, someone who. This is a very exciting position and we are looking for someone who can lead and develop our customer service centre, the role will involve the following duties:

- Reviewing current processes and procedures
- Maximising sales opportunities
- Improving the call centre
- Reporting
- Implementing KPI’s
- Motivating and leading the team
- Performance reviews
- Taking charge of projects

We are looking for someone who has experience of managing a large team, whilst leading and developing a call centre. We are looking for someone who has experience of managing people, motivating a team, someone who is approachable and leads from the front at all times.
