Description As our Nike Stores - District Stores Director East, you'll manage a multi-store district of talent and be responsible for developing the vision and business strategies to achieve sales, operations and organizational goals of customer satisfaction, profitability and productivity in accordance with Nike's Brand philosophy and consumer focus. You'll develop constructive and positive relationships with Nike partners and manage district performance through revenue, wages, shrinkage and operating income. You'll ensure that the Nike Brand comes to life at Retail through the execution of key brand, product, marketing and seasonal initiatives. You'll also establish monthly and annual district budgeting and forecasting data and processes that tie into the overall retail plan; develop district business plans that support corporate retail initiatives and track results; and analyze business performance against marketplace/stores and create action plans to maximize profitability, productivity and business growth. In addition, you'll be accountable for the overall leadership and people management of the district, including human resource planning, proactively recruiting and hiring top talent, training and development, managing performance, rewards and recognition programs, succession and career planning, coaching and counseling.
