Nike Visual Merchandiser needed on U of Arizona campus Job in Tucson 85721, Arizona Us
Franklin Retail Solutions, a third-party merchandising company specialized in representing athletic and outdoor products, is seeking a qualified retail merchandiser. We are looking for an organized, independent individual with the ability to take on weekly projects in local campus bookstores. The new merchandiser would be improving the visual presence of our apparel client through basic merchandising. Typical tasks are likely to include pulling back-stock, hanging promotional signs/graphics, sizing, and folding.
- The program will run through May of 2012
- Each store would be visited weekly or bi-weekly, with each visit taking 2-4 hours
- You can visit the store whenever you want during the week, but you must coordinate your schedule with the store contact, who may prefer certain days or times of day over others
Qualifications –
- Retail experience with an emphasis in product presentation – apparel experience preferred!
- Ability to work as an independent contractor (pay your own taxes)
- Reliable, insured vehicle with valid driver’s license, or very close proximity to the store(s)
- Home or professional office set-up including internet (no dial-up), printer, and Microsoft Word/Excel
- Digital camera with time/date stamp
