(Non Sales) Outbound Telephonist / Customer Service Advisor
A large Financial Services organisation based in Cardiff City Centre require a temporary member of staff to help with a specific project. You will be calling customers, reading from a script and processing their applications. You will be given training, but specific attention has to be paid to the script and the associated processes.
You will have a proven track record of doing a similar role and be comfortable reading from a script and working in professional manner speaking to a broad range of customers. The role will also involve processing the required paperwork once the script has been completed.
The role is to start immediately, the anticipated duration is 2 months, with a possible extension. Hours of work are 9.00 - 5.30pm daily, Monday to Friday.
