Our client is a leading Private Debt fund, the fund invests in across Western Europe in variety of situations and looks to deploy capital in the mezzanine, unitranche and other subordinated debt. With a reputation as one of the best teams globally this is a superb opportunity for an experienced candidate from a credit background or a similar fund with broad product knowledge to join a growing and successful organisation.
The fund also looks to structure bespoke direct lending solutions in the right circumstances and the selected profile will be expected to be able to perform rigorous due diligence on historical performance of the asset as well as the counterparties involved across the capital structure.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Swedish/Norwegian/Danish or Finnish and have completed a number of similar transactions in their previous employment and will have transacted across Continental Europe as well as the UK.
