Nordic M&A recruitment
A leading Investment Bank is looking to hire a Senior Analyst/ Junior Associate to join their Nordic MA group based in London. This group has an established Nordic MA footprint and has advised on many landmark MA transactions across the region in the last three years.
In this role you will be assisting in originating and executing corporate finance transactions in the Nordic group. This will involve comprehensive industry and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation analysis and financial modelling and involvement in the preparation of presentations for clients, investors and the broader investment community. In both origination and execution projects, you will be given early responsibility to communicate with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers.
To be successful in your application you will have:
* Min 2.1 bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
* Fluency in one of the following language: Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian
* Experience in this Sector.
* Experience of financial analysis, modelling and valuations.
* A strong record of achievement in a variety of disciplines.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Drive and determination.
* An analytical approach.
* Creative problem solving abilities.
* Demonstrated leadership potential.
